(VEGAN) CHILE ELOTES
This was the perfect side for the vegan chorizo crunch wrap! The house made cashew "cheese" on top gave it just the right touch!
EPIC VEGAN GYRO
This pseudo-gyro is a masterpiece! The seitan's taste and consistency totally and accurately replicate a meat gyro yet is a plant-based alternative. Then, they add fresh cut fries to take this meal over-the-top.

STUFFED CHORIZO IMPOSSIBLE BURGER
I actually had the vegan chorizo crunch wrap, not the stuffed chorizo Impossible burger - I can never pass up a crunch wrap when I see it on a menu and this one did not disappoint! Perfect amount of spice to the chorizo.
